We were thrilled with our recent stay at a hotel in Florence. The staff were incredibly helpful and accommodating, going above and beyond to make sure our needs were met. They even helped us secure a dinner reservation at an amazing restaurant, making our trip even more memorable. The facilities were clean and spacious, with a beautiful Italian decor that added to the charm of the city. We especially loved the breakfast, with its fresh pastries and rooftop terrace. The location of the hotel was unbeatable, right by the Ponte Vecchio and within walking distance of all the major attractions. We felt safe and immersed in the lively atmosphere of Florence. Despite a few minor drawbacks, like street noise and unreliable wifi, we would definitely recommend this hotel. our experience was fantastic and we can't wait to come back!

We stayed at a hotel that was right in the center of the city, beside the famous Ponte Vecchio. It was so convenient to walk to the best restaurant in town and all the attractions in the city center. The breakfast had an excellent amount of choice and the rooftop terrace provided spectacular views of the city.
The floors in the old-fashioned bedrooms were quite cold, I wish I had brought slippers.

We had an amazing stay in Florence at a hotel in a perfect location. The hotel was right in the heart of the city, within walking distance of all the major attractions. The rooms were clean and comfortable, with fantastic views of the Ponte Vecchio. The staff were friendly and helpful, and the breakfast provided each day was delicious. The hotel also had a lovely rooftop terrace where we could enjoy a glass of wine while taking in the beautiful views of the city.
The only downside was the spotty WiFi, but it wasn't a big deal as we didn't come to Florence for the internet anyway.

This hotel is a hidden gem in the heart of the city, right next to the iconic Ponte Vecchio Bridge. The location is perfect for exploring all the major attractions of Florence, as everything is within walking distance. The rooms offer beautiful views over the city, including the breathtaking Doumo. The breakfast included is a great bonus, and the coffee is a must-try. Don't forget to ask for a cup! Another highlight is the lovely chilled atmosphere throughout the hotel, making it a relaxing haven after a day of sightseeing. The rooftop deck provides a fantastic view and is the ideal spot to unwind and take in the surroundings.
There was only one minor issue that could be improved.

Great location in the heart of the city, with stunning views from the roof terrace. Rooms were clean and well-maintained. the staff at the reception were extremely helpful and professional, always ready to assist with a smile.
The breakfast and service team were very poor, lacking in quality and variety. Additionally, there was no on-site parking available, making it inconvenient for guests with private cars.

We had a thoroughly delightful stay at a charming hotel in the heart of a wonderful city. The location couldn't have been better, just a stone's throw away from the famous Ponte Vecchio and the Uffizi Gallery. Despite the cold floors in the old-fashioned bedrooms, the staff was very helpful and accommodating. The breakfast had an excellent variety of choices, and we were able to beat the crowds at the Uffizi by starting our day early. The highlight was the spectacular views from the roof terrace, even in December. The lounge was beautifully decorated, although it didn't get the use it deserved.
